Like every other debacle, this one is being orchestrated, too

Outfits like Blackrock will take advantage of this and snap up as many of these houses as possible, to turn them into Rentals. This will put a an extra Squeeze on the available market. Trump getting back in office would not reverse this, Dave. Do not kid yourself. Rents started going up, more significantly, after 2016, when Trump got into office; for whatever reason. But that is what happened. Difference between 2008 & now is there aren't those Liar Loans, where they would sell a McMansion to the guy who works at McDonald's. Who could not have seen a Default coming there? Duh.
