So, we are in a de facto warm war with China. Close to one with Russia. The national Strategic Oil Reserve is for, basically the military, in times of war. Joey wants to drain it to lower gas prices for citizens. One, it's only good for about 30 days. Two, it has never done anything for the economy except drain vital resources for the military. Presidents use it as a gimmick. A dangerous gimmick. But, Joey does as he's told. One treasonous act after another...
