Police won't arrest looters, because the police have been caught in civilian clothes, and masks, to hide their true identities, as being among the rioters and smashing windows, setting fires, etc. In short, the police are ordered to INCITE the riots and vandalism. That's why.

Martial Law is as illegitimate government action that can be taken and the ONLY reason that they get away from it is that most of us went to a 12 year dumbing down camp. By definition a right cannot be modified or regulated. So Dave and others that don't speak up about this evil really don't believe that we have ANY rights it seems.

Ah, Grasshopper, it is part of your education. You need to know the fundamental dishonesty of life on this corrupt earth. If someone just told you, what would you think? The person telling you is making up stories, and those with uniforms are all honest, always thinking of your well being. It should be that way but, sadly it is not. You will learn from experience.
