Weather Wars Caused Economic Devastation or Activating the New Madrid Fault?

First its record flooding in the Midwest. Then this is followed by the travesty in New Orleans and the massive burst of water into an already flooded Mississippi River. One might be inclined to think that weather wars is trying to excite the New Madrid Fault. If that were to happen, the country would be split in half. Why New Orleans, again and again?

BEFORE AND AFTER Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in August 2005, some criminal financial entity WITH FORE-KNOWLEDGE of the planned hurricane warfare DUMPED a huge number of (insurance?) STOCKS and in the aftermath made HUGE PROFITS in rebuilding, land acquisition or ? business. Why manufacture Hurricane Katrina? It was good for business for A FEW RICH PEOPLE, it caused tremendous suffering, terror and fear energy as in child sacrifice, killed 2,000 people, and > $100 billion in damages. In 2005, before the levee “broke,” ~ four men on a boat were seen near the levee. These black ops guys must’ve planted dynamite on the New Orleans levees because later residents heard explosions before they “broke.” What motive is different in July 2019?

Dave, When I first heard of the depression and the 24 inch rainfall for New Orleans I immediately remembered an article about major flooding in western Tennessee from last week. Also knowing that the weight of all the water exaserbates the tension on the New Madrid fault line increased my concern. And we have seen the maps, Hopi and US Navy, with the Gulf joining the Great Lakes. Happy the skies didn't go along if that was their plan. In reference to the above comment, I understand that a HERO, Ranger/Seal type actually sent samples from the "broken" levee that came back C4.
