I have no doubt that the UK and US have kicked the idea of taking down the internet. They took down the underwater gas pipeline in the Baltic. This rumor may be a psyop by the intelligence community. Taking down the internet would be huge. But it would also take down the financial system, i.e. the Banksters. The internet is ubiquitous. It's not just one thing in one place. It's millions of nodes and servers are over the world. So, the UK and US have certainly thought about it, but it would collapse the NWO, too. (IF they could do it.)
