I also thought, “Are they reading my mind?” at one point. As far as the V2K, it has been rare, but the 1st one was an Indian man’s voice telling me “Hello, [my name]”, so I knew it wasn’t from me, since I am a white woman. (I’m quick like that) I am a TI and I know the woman you are talking about. I listened to her on a radio show; she may have heard my name somewhere. They have used DEWs on me, doing some bad things. Obviously, they do not feel the need to follow laws at that level. It’s really quite disgusting, but I console myself with the knowledge that God will make sure that they understand how much He disapproves of their behavior.
