EXECUTIVE ORDER? Dave I am familiar with the war powers act, and the Constitution gives only the legislature the power to make law. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WAR POWERS ACT! AND the war powers act is not a Constitutional Amendment and can not change that fact. Neither can the opinion of a judge. IT IS AN EXECUTIVE ORDER!
