Dave, Jack Ruby also had a strip club in Baltimore. Remember, Baltimore is a suburb of DC. His club was on "The Block" downtown. The NSA is at Fort Meade and the CIA is in Langley. How convenient! Ruby had to be a covert operative. It all adds up. I lived in Baltimore and was told this info when I was stationed at Fort Meade.
