The AI is just advanced algorithms- the intelligence has to come from somewhere-and yes that is the fallen angels-they use AI but the AI by itself isn't a fallen angel.

In Psalm 82, the Ben Elohim that fell are definitely who the "most High God" (Elyon aka Yehovah) as per verser 6 - was admonishing in Psalm 82 (verses 1-5 &) With verse 7 actually saying they would die lie mere men. Those entities that Paul talks of in Ephesians had also been given authority by God to govern the nations (e.g. Prince of Persia, Prince of Greece etc) but they were following the Evil One (Satan). My feeling from studying scripture is that YES, those entities (including Ha-Satan) will USE AI to deceive the world. But I picture it as similar to a Hologram (think the GIANT that is coming to the world's cities), were a fallen elohim can effectively change the AI code "on the fly" to say anything to anyone, as needed.

Artificial intelligence, combined with the computational capacity of quantum computers, could indeed take over the internet. Such a connection would then viscerally filter down to all aspects of our lives (business, entertainment, science, education), anything connected to a computer. Government agencies are needed to monitor such an event. If the situation reaches a point where it seems to be getting out of control, that is humans are no longer determining computational outcome, the government simply needs to literally "pull the plug" and shut AIs source of electricity (the quantum computer) off.
