The federal government may make marijuana legal in all fifty states, but up there in Indiana it will never be legal. It may be legal world wide and you will be able to buy marijuana on Mars before it will be legal in Indiana. It would violate Indiana’s right to commerce because they would not be allowed to create prison labor from the arrests of people possessing it or ingesting anything with THC in it. If Indiana could put a neural implant into everyone they would make it a felony to think about marijuana.

Ever tried making conversation with a Pot Head ? Certainly not everybody smokes dope , i remember the difference in the Pot Heads in High School and the Normal kids , I remember the Manson girls running around Death Valley naked after slicing up random people in Los Angeles , No one that has a business would ever hire a Pot Head , well , maybe Housing Contractors , but most of them are scum wads anyway ! Totally insane! I first smoked pot over 50 years ago and have smoked it THOUSANDS of times since. The one thing I can say for sure about it is that it will make you politically indifferent. Absolutely NOTHING will bother you, unless it is the thought of "fascist" society. It turned me into Marxist libtard without even being aware of it, or what Marxism is really all about. This is what has happened to the youth in all the Blue states - we damned sure don't need to add to these numbers! Can't say for sure it would have turned me against Donald Trump, but it's highly probable that this is what made so many leftist "snowflakes" that we have today. Note: I quit smoking pot 10 years ago, and am a totally new person now.

They have been trying to get marijuana legalized in South Dakota for some time. Well this year they done it. We had both Recreational and medical marijuana on the ballot this year. I voted against the Recreational but it passed. --------------- South Dakota Constitutional Amendment A, the Marijuana Legalization Initiative, was on the ballot in South Dakota as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 3, 2020. It was approved. -------------- Well,, What can I say ?! "The whole country is going to POT !!" I worked with some Pot Heads on an oil drilling rig some years ago. Yep, come close to getting killed on that rig.

There was no prohibition for any substances for the majority of the life of this nation. That's the way our founding fathers intended it. Incrementally, individuals and groups have assaulted our society with ever-increasing taxes, permits, licenses and limits on liberty. It's even worse because our intelligence services are engaging in massive, black market smuggling worldwide while jailing our citizens (disproportionately affecting minorities) for using this contraband. If you really believe in Liberty, I don't see how anyone could defend prohibition of these substances. Our founding fathers would simply shake their heads at the stupid $%&*^$#@ sheep that live in the US today.
