DEI should never have been enacted in the USA. It has done nothing but divide, polarize, and dumb down the masses who worship at that particular shrine.

Gay was the shortest-serving president of Harvard. In her, Harvard had a 3fer: a black, gay woman. Unrepentant, the Harvard faculty is demanding another woman to replace her. Yes, that's the only qualification - much like Kamala Harris (who never met a criminal she couldn't like), much like Justice Katanji Brown Jackson (who can't tell you the definition of a woman). Alas, shed no tears for Gay - she is going on to 7-figure employment. After all, Marxists take care of their own...
