Thanks, Dave. What are the consequences to Tucker if he violates the non compete clause? It's obviously a civil matter, so jail time isn't an element. If the clause maintains a huge financial penalty, his next contract could include the costs. Tucker would be back in the public eye and, more importantly, the public ear. The non compete clause did not surprise me. I expected it.
Subject change: Debt ceiling - the dems hold all the cards. If McCarthy doesn't raise the debt ceiling, the economy will suffer worse than it does now, the repubs will be blamed by the dems and media for the entire economic failure, and the 2024 election will be lost forever.
