He may not care if they sue him into the ground, if I were he I would have set up some trusts to protect my assets from such an eventuality.
He's too big a media personality for that, especially for a couple years.
If he turns to a streaming platform, he will have a sizable audience to be sure, but not on the same level he had at Fox. He'll take some time off to plan his next move, but not 2 years.
