My Betsy was a chow/lab/collie mix. She died in 2013 at 13 years old. I was devastated. She was the lone survivor of a family of around 16 dogs I had in 2000. I took one last look at Betsy in the doctors office. I told her that I would see her in the world to come. Even in the midst of losing a beloved pet. I have been reminded of the hope of the resurrection. Where there are is no death, tears, suffering or sorrows.
