Correct. The Military-Industrial Complex needs war with China - or anyone for that matter. If they think they will get war, then Trump gets re-elected. If war is inevitable, then let's have war with China now rather than later as not to allow China to build up its war machine any further. Even with that said, I'm still not sure we can win.
