President Trump has signed an Executive Order allowing local government the right to refuse illegal immigrants into their communities placed there by the federal government. Trump knows that this EO will be declared to unconstitutional under the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution. Then why is he doing it? It is all part of the plan and it is brilliant...
