I had a short discussion with a local judge during court duty regarding Nullification, he explained why it is not legal in Calif., an explanation in which he became hopelessly contorted by verbal ju jitsu anyone with two brain cells could know he was full of donkey dung. It was truly funny.

Add two more Dave Yes petit juries are important. Especially because you don't need the 51% needed in elections. Rather you need only one person in 12, that is 8.3% percent! A hell of a lot easier to obtain thought education than 51%! You did forget to mention two other tools that are just as powerful in fighting tyranny Dave. That is the Grand Jury and the Militia.
