Interesting observations. From Velikowski, when Venus was in a cometary (elliptical) orbit, it "stole" much of the water and atmosphere from Mars some millions of years ago when conditions were far more favourable for life there. What is happening now may be from seismic disturbances, as Mars should not be experiencing the same "clathrate gun" effect that earth is currently experiencing due to anthropomorphic factors, especially weather engineering. Methane and oil are virtually entirely abiotic space hydrocarbons (coal is biologic). The fastest way to render Mars inhabitable is to release a large amount of methane into its atmosphere. On earth, the same will extinguish us, under the circumstances. There is also the ET factor for both.
