Hello Dave, I'm certain you are aware of this scripture . It seems to be one that a lot of Christians either forget about or really don't believe. (Which btw indicates whether or not it works). Jesus said, "And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." Mark 16:17-18 (KJV) Pertaining specifically to the part about the sick recovering, this is clearly a Heavenly view of "contact and trnsmission". In this case however sickness is removed and health returns, the opposite of how sickness is spread. Food for thought...

Outstanding conversation and true. I'm a 78-year-old student of Christian Science. Jesus said we can do greater things than he did because he goes to his Father. It just works for me to pattern my life after what Jesus said and what he did. Other than an accident, I've not needed pills or doctors ever in my life. My son lives as I do. We wouldn't be able to tell you what a headache feels like. It's not Christian woo woo--it's a belief thing. It is the power of our mind. It is exactly what you are saying.

IF Jesus came back to any modern church, he would find that the congregation is involved in theft (fractional reserve banking) and would whip the congregation at YOUR church just like he did in scripture.
