I can think of very few instances when whatever I wished to escape in America would not already be MUCH WORSE in Mexico. But there might come a day when Kali decides to rig up its own Berlin Wall, to prevent escape by any remaining residents who actually pay taxes. And just like in Berlin, Kali Cops will shoot to kill.
