Lost Civilizations. The very phrase conjures up visions of Shangri La … Atlantis … Cydonia”... In truth, MOST past civilizations on this planet (not to mention others!) have been “lost” — erased from any formal histories, their remains eroded from the very planet itself and literally “buried by time,” their stories forgotten … even by the descendants of the very people who once made them live ….
