Is there a limit to how far could this go? If a web designer can cite religion to withhold products she has advertised to the general public, based on her moral opinion of certain clients, why couldn't a restaurant owner do the same with anyone he disagrees with morally, whether it be openly gay couples or interracial couples? If the patrons are not creating a disturbance, or any other reason to make them leave, then the judgment is only on moral grounds and do we want these superficial judgments to prevail in our society? Could this apply to employers who feel the same way; gays need not apply; certain races and ethnicities need not apply; we may have taken a serious step backwards which will only divide the country further.
