Never heard of banning wood stoves…only gas stoves.
We lost power this morning for 4 hours. Had we not had a gas stove it would have been very cold in the house.
It’s all about control. Period.
I live in rural Montana and I can't legally have a woodstove to heat my house. Yep. I live three miles outside the city limits of the Socialist Republic of Missoula and the city will not allow me a wood stove. Why? Because my wood smoke may effect the air quality of the city residents three+ miles away. Even though the prevailing winds blow AWAY from town. The town is also more worried about the homeless vagrants who move here than the homeless veterans. Montana has per capita the most military veterans of any state. City taxes have gone up 20% this year to fund all the free stuff the Lefty's want. Yep, Montana is Californicated. Bozeman is worse.
