A horrible idea Dave you are attacking symptoms not causes. The causes are: 1.) The federal government has WAY too much power most of it from not following the Constitution. We need to make them follow the Constitution or hang them from gallows! 2.) The nation is populated by stupid people. We need to get rid of the 10th plank of the communist manifesto. i.e the free government schools. 3.) About 10 more common sense things....not by interfering with our rights with unconstitutional BS as you propose! Come on Dave you can do much better than kicking the can down the road. Address the freaking causes!!
