The use of food as a political manipulation tool,  by the U.S. government, has been a matter of official U.S. governmental covert policy since 1974-1975. In December, 1974, National Security Council directed by Henry Kissinger completed a classified study entitled, “National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.” 

The study was based upon the unproven claims that population growth in Lesser Developed Countries (LDC) constituted a serious risk to America’s national security. In November 1975 President Ford, based upon the tenets of NSSM 200 outlined a classified plan to forcibly reduce population growth in LDC countries through birth control, war and famine. Ford’s new national security adviser, Brent Scowcroft, in conjunction with then CIA  Director, George H. W. Bush, were tasked with implementing the plan and the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture assisted in the implementation of these insane genocidal plans.  NSSM 200 formally raised the question, “Would food be considered an instrument of national power? Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can’t/won’t control their population growth?”

Kissinger has answered these questions when he stated that he was predicting a series of contrived famines, created by mandatory programs and this would make exclusive reliance on birth control programs unnecessary in this modern day application of eugenics in a scheme that would allow Henry to have his cake and eat it too in that the world would finally be rid of the “useless eaters!” Third world population control, using food as one of the primary weapons, has long been a matter of official covert national policy and a portion of President Obama’s Executive Order 13603 (EO), National Defense Resources Preparedness is a continuation of that policy. Only now, the intended targets are not the LDC’s, but are instead, the American people and after ome future President declares martial law, food will undoubtedly be used to subjugate the more resistant regions of our country.

From the time of Hitler and Stalin, food has been used as a weapon by governments against their people. The longer that I do this work, the less I believe in coincidences. Further, I have published volumes on the content and net effect of weather modification wars including Project HAARP an Air Force Owning the Weather 2025. If one thinks that weather cannot be manipulated, then they are not paying attention to technological advancement and military applications of weather modification. The food supply is in peril, and the evidence, due to unnatural weather patterns, is overwhelming that food catastrophes happening all over the planet are no coincidence. Food shortages and even famines are coming. Mad cow disease with Deer and Elk is yet another example of how the food supply is being imperiled in 26 states. The following two examples, are illustrative how deep the damage is to both the food supply of the United States and the world as a whole. High prices for food will be the first effect that we see. And when recovery is painfully slow, famines will rear their ugly heads. If the globalists control the food, they will soon control all humans on the planet as the first several paragraphs of this article pointed out. And has also been pointed out, it is government policy to manipulate the food supply for political purposes. 
 

Midwest Flooding

Midwest flooding consequences could be with us for decades. I read one estimate that said that 38% of the country's food supply is now gone and the flooding is expected to continue for weeks/months. 

From USA Today:

Gov. Kim Reynolds is warning Iowans what millions of Midwesterners have come to understand in recent days – the severe flooding that has swamped much of the region may be a long way from over.

Reynolds said the snowmelt and spring rains could create additional flooding in the weeks ahead because of compromised levees.

“We’re in for the long haul. We’re just getting started,” said Reynolds, who added that her tour of western Iowa this week had revealed unprecedented flooding. “It looked like an ocean.”

America, hang on to your pocket books because the food prices are ready to spike to unparalleled levels. Further, you may wish to begin to store food as I cannot see a way around the fact that we are going to have severe shortages given the extent of the damage to America's heartland. 

A Monumental Food Crisis From Asia

For the life of me, I do not know why anyone would eat pork with all the health ramifications. However, much of the planet relies on pork as a food staple. And now the supply of pork is in grave danger to a virus that is devastating the pork industry.

Since it was first detected last August, there have been 116 officially reported outbreaks of African Swine Fever in China, and since that time it has rapidly spread to surrounding nations such as Cambodia and Vietnam. African Swine Fever is not harmful to humans, but the vast majority of the pigs that catch it end up dead. It spreads very quickly and there is no cure, and this outbreak has already driven global pork prices through the roof. If this crisis continues to escalate, we are potentially talking about a crippling blow to global food production…

 Will these events lead to political manipulation or are they straightforward depopulation events? I would say the globalists are killing two birds with one stone. 

The Feds Have Been Preparing for the Coming Food Shortages Since 2008

The lessons of history clearly demonstrate that dictatorial regimes, whether they be Socialists, Communists, and Marxists will not hesitate to use food as a weapon against their own people in order to solidify power and impose absolute autocratic control. Food can be withheld from the masses by preventing it from being grown and harvested, by contaminating it and rendering it unfit for human consumption or by simply preventing food from being distributed to a targeted population. And there is a third strategy that the government can employ when subjugating a population by withholding food, that would be food which has a long shelf life. And this is exactly what we see, the Federal government is stockpiling survival food with a long shelf life. All people should be doing the same!

As far back as 2008, I can find evidence that the government was attempting to stockpile as much survival food as possible. These events prompted prominent brokers and key media members to advise the public to begin storing food as long as six years ago in anticipation of what is about ready to happen. In 2011, FEMA issued a “Request for information” (RFI), in which they inquired about the availability for 140 million emergency meal kits with a shelf life of 36 months along with blankets.  My experience has taught me that when someone is prepping, someone else is going to suffer. Store food and water and begin to do so immediately!
