IT'S VERY BROAD AND CERTAINLY CAN BE EXPANDED When I went to look this up at T-Mobile, it appears to be designed to fine telemarketers who do the cold calls and "bloop" pick up the line unwanted calls to the Do Not Call List national registry. Is that a more correct assessment of what the charges are trying to do? They buy time to call T-Mobile subscribers for whatever reason, and if they violate terms of service per the complaints of T-mobile phone owners calling in on them as nuisances, then the fines?
Or is it set up like Facebook, with Foreign Agents and Foreign Call Centers monitoring per policy while disregarding and despising the US Constitution, like Harvard Law Review reported on Facebook years ago?

You know how I deal with telemarketers? I have caller ID and if I don't know the name or number I DON'T ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE! In 2020 I got over 700 such calls (I have since quit counting). AND I don't even have a spy phone.
T-Mobile is NOT the FCC or any government agency. They have no authority over the Constitution. Their reply, "We can do what we want. What are you going to do about it!!" I have no doubt they will be using AI...
