China will have Russia as an ally. Never count Russia out of the equation. Once the USA is rendered useless and on fire from war within and externally, China and Russia will rule the world.

The WEF & such are not Chinese. How do they plan to stay in power once China if top dog. Seems they will be taken out too & a top only Chinese elite would rule. What am I missing?
