Do you remember when Congress enacted the Telecommunication Act of 1996? Fifty Companies were merged down to only six companies: GE, Time Warner, Disney, Viacom, News Corporation, and CBS. Then censorship and narratives were much easier to enforce. I believe the same technique is being used to consume smaller banks and consolidate, thus making the enforcement of digital currency easier to enforce.
