Do NOT "Regulate" Man-made “Artificial Intelligence”. Where guns are banned, only criminals have guns. Where computers are banned, only criminals have computers. Where “Artificial Intelligence” is banned, ONLY CRIMINALS have “Artificial Intelligence”. Modern Ludittes and criminals thrive on government control of technology. Control keeps the “good” guys from using the technology for “good” things. The fear mongering about “Artificial Intelligence” is the precursor to Luditte/government regulation and control. Learn to program and write/script your very own Artificial Intelligence program and eliminate your ignorance, fear and gullibility.
