Everyone in my circle is tuned in; we no longer waste time w/ slackers and the stuck in stupid or phone/TV addicts. I used to write letters to editor in several local papers, haven't done that in years because no feedback/phone calls from anyone. We stay low key because of OPSEC, also people here live in a hurricane zone and they should know what to do as this city recently got slammed back in Oct. and many had major repair bills (deductables) . People will betray others they know when shtf/martial law, if it means favoritism for them or family. Others I knew stopped challenging local/ state politicians as nothing came of it. I sent them Agenda 21 info., no feedback. No group involvement at this late date, they are infiltrated, incl Oath Keepers, League of the South, etc. Many older, realize it is too late to inform been there done that, to no avail w/peers. Adults are responsible to research and learn about globalism via online info. Young people must inform their peers now, they need to get busy! It is their future. Forty somethings need to take up the slack w/ younger. no one listens to older people, ex:: friend went to senior center and gave short speech on globalism! she left literature-zero feedback.

Pray like it all depends on God, because it does, and work like it all depends on you,because it does. We've been living in our fixer-upper ocean-going boat for over a year trying to get self sufficient (including salt-free filtered water and a solar oven), lots of non-GMO beans (none of which we have yet, but working on it), but sewerage is an issue if the power ever goes out here on the Chesapeake Bay. (We need to find someone to sail this boat, too.) When I read some of your emails I pray really hard for our country (and world). Maybe its only prayer that has kept this world going so much longer than was thought in Jesus' day. "The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous many availeth much."

The Second Amendment says what it means and means what it says, and there are no restrictions imposed on it or allowed by the Constitution. Please note that any act passed by any legislature and any action committed by any public officer either supports and upholds the Constitution, or opposes and violates it. IT IS THIS SIMPLE! No public officer has the constitutional authority--or any other form of valid, lawful authority--to oppose the very document to which s/he swore or affirmed his or her oath. There are plenty of safeguards in place, and the enablers in the fbi and law enforcement who allowed the previous school shootings did not follow the law, and failed to act on tips, facts and evidence. This legislation will encourage vengeful, vindictive people to seek revenge on others and cause death, which we are all horrified to see happen to innocent people in "swatting" incidences over trivial things such as a video game bet. May Gary Willis, the first victim in Maryland, of these unlawful unconscionable "red flag" laws, rest in peace, and may the law enforcement officers who violated their oath and murdered him in cold blood, be judged harshly by God. It is outrageous to watch this worldwide usurpation of the people's inherent God given rights, whom you, nor any man, has the authority to violate. Marco Rubio and all senators who support this should be arrested for treason, sedition and insurrection, in violation of the public trust and their oath to protect our God given rights to property, to be secure in our persons, and the most important cornerstone of our rights; due process. None of which, i will say again, can be violated lawfully. How important is due process? Wiley, 195 U. S., 257; Pennoyer v. Neff, 95 U.S., 714. If the Bill of Rights is not complied with, the court no longer has jurisdiction to proceed. The judgment…pronounced by a court without jurisdiction is void.” Johnson v.Zerbst, 304 U.S., 458, 468. All people are guaranteed a trial by jury of their peers, and this is also violated. This is a nation of laws, not men, and it is the people who are the creators of government, and you and other public servants, their creatures, are charged to protect the people and their inherent rights. See 1772, Robin v. Hardaway, 1 Jefferson 109 and Marbury v. Madison5 US 137 (1803). “…the ultimate authority, wherever the derivative may be found, resides in the people alone…” – James Madison, Federalist No. 46, January 29, 1788 In a 2016 study, "Mental illness and reduction of gun violence and suicide," estimates indicate that only 4% of violence is associated with mental illness alone. Moreover, in the book Gun Violence and Mental Illness, author Liza H. Gold and Robert I. Simon highlight how the mentally ill are actually more likely be victims of gun violence instead of being perpetrators. it is a fallacy to suggest that a mental health diagnosis, by itself, indicates that someone is automatically a threat to himself or others. Dr. Ann Bukacek, a highly respected medical doctor, recently wrote: Mental health diagnoses given by physicians or other mental health care workers do not predict firearm violence. As a physician for over 30 years who has treated many patients with mental health diagnoses and some autistic spectrum patients, I have not had one of those patients commit an act of gun violence. I did have a patient who bludgeoned a man to death with a blunt object, and that patient carried no mental health diagnosis. Psychopaths with no conscience, especially the more intelligent ones, usually escape detection and/or a particular diagnosis. "I say that the Second Amendment doesn't allow for exceptions - or else it would have read that the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, unless Congress chooses otherwise. And because there are no exceptions, I disagree that...the existing gun laws should be enforced. Those laws are unconstitutional [and] wrong - because they put you at a disadvantage to armed criminals, to whom the laws are no inconvenience." No municipality or county shall regulate, in any way, an incident of the right to keep and bear arms. Article 2 Section 10 prohibits illegal search and seizure.... According to our own constitution, this proposed legislation is null, void and without effect. A government of RIGHT exists with the consent of the governed. A government of WRONG exists without the consent of the governed. Who are you a representative of?
