Dave..... HAARP is being used worldwide, especially in the US to effect change in this country. Blue Beam is also being used to brainwash and ultimately control large masses of the population, who are predisposed to sitting in front of a TV hours on end every day. As I said in a previous post "nueroplascisity" has been the biggest obstacle to controlling the masses. Once this scientific discovery was vetted and certified it was found that people could be kept in a "nuero-hypnotic" state endlessly if done right and impressionable people could be made into an infinitely controlled state without them ever realizing they are being controlled. Dangerous science if it gets into the wrong hands. Enuf said you know the rollcall.
