A peaceful way to eject UN-Ch-Russ troops from U.S. soil

I am an ASIAN American. Allow me to suggest a peaceful way to oust UN-Chinese-Russian troops from U.S. soil—like how the newly-Red China ejected anti-Communist Chinese citizens in late 1948. The CHI-COM government was successful in forcing out most if not all of the anti-Communist citizens from within its borders. How did they do this? China issued a public notice to their people—VACATE OR SUBMIT (to Communism if they chose to stay). They gave their people a free choice. My father, a scholar, hated Communism. He chose to VACATE. It is noteworthy that WE WERE ALLOWED TO VOLUNTARILY LEAVE CHINA WITHOUT BLOODSHED. (Taiwan is a different story. Sorry, I have no knowledge of how the Taiwan government was formed or the cost in human lives.)

From China my family relocated first to Macau then to Hong Kong (then a British Crown Colony), where four siblings and I grew up UNMOLESTED BY RED CHINA. In the post-1948 era, we pro-Taiwan Chinese in Hong Kong (about 2 million, 1966) were left alone by the Communists. I mean Hong Kong newspapers didn’t report suspicious politically-motivated homicides that I knew of. For several years in the mid-1960s my father was able to publish an anti-Communist political magazine. He said the Hong Kong population’s loyalty then (circa 1966) was split 50-50 pro-con Red China.
