It Is Almost Zero Hour In Richmond- Will this be a bloodbath or a non-event?

I have heard before that we have UN troops here in America. I have to ask why? Who authorized it? And why would they intervene if and when we have trouble? Are they in European nations, etc? And if they do intervene, do I have to open my door and let them?
