These will initially be quarantine checkpoints for a minimum of a year maybe up to 18 months. Vaccine check point possibly after this if one even exists which I personally doubt. They can't supply corona virus test kits do you really think they can supply vaccine to what might be left of the citizenry? Highly doubt it.

You're "either or" what does it mean ? has no merit. Throughout recorded history, those who realize that there is no legitimate Authority have been wiped off the face of the earth. The belief in authority is a mind virus unleashed upon humanity, and is the greatest superstition. Romans 13 is literally just one small example of a global mind-virus pandemic that is humanity's greatest threat. I'm happy to hear that you have finally drawn a line as to where and when you will reject this demonic concept of subservience to authority. Sadly, most won't. They will do exactly as they have been programmed to do, and be led to their own slaughter. This has everything to do with cause and effect, you need to properly identify the cause.
