The PA Governor told the citizens last month that mail-in ballots only needed to be postmarked by Nov 3rd. Now he says that they must be RECEIVED by Nov 3rd. The state will be prepaying the postage, so there won't be a dated postmark. His latest edict is that postmarks won't be looked at or honored anyway. Imagine how many ballots won't be counted because people didn't hear of the change he made. Plus imagine how many ballots will mysteriously not be counted, but the voter will have no recourse to prove they mailed it in time. This is illegal and treasonous and tyranical.
