I used to work for the State of CA, I have seen this kind of reward for things ~ that in reality is a bounty for lying. If they want to get more money they just lie! Unfortunately, this is not something that is new! Medical people are used to this, so it is absolutely no problem to lie ~ it's a way of life long established!

I have come to the conclusion that an old high school friend who totally believes in the American Medical Assoc approach to everything, may have been offended several months ago when I suggested that it might be wise to pray before taking the vaccine when it becomes available. No Christmas card, no gift which she started the exchange a few years ago. I guess I am very slow on the up take!
