Alex dealt with this a couple days ago, Dave. It was a long term "pump and dump" by the elite. Soros sold off all his tech stock just before the crash. The reason Alex gave was so that the elite could now, in the name of protecting us, establish more world control; basically changing the internet. This was long in the planning and implementation.
