The mall in my town just completed a $10+ million renovation. It lost 3 major anchor stores due to bankruptcies. Maybe it will survive. It's a regional mall. No other mall within a two-hour drive. The mall at my state capitol went belly-up years ago. My local Ace Hardware annex is almost done with a major expansion. It's locally-owned. It's good for me because I don't have to go clear into town to their main store now. I think malls are a relic of the past when America was good.
