Hodges technically defines marshal law as “the suspension of civilian authority and the imposition of military authority.” Looking at examples like the Boston Marathon bombing, Hodges argues that the country is already in the second of three phases he says leads to complete martial law. All that is left is for America to reach a "trigger event", such as economic disaster, for the US to devolve completely. Hodges says that America is already seeing multiple instances of martial law with even more to come. On October 29, 2013, I appeared with host, Kate Zickel on the Voice of Russia, we had a 10 minute discussion on the impending roll out of martial law following a decisive trigger event. The interview aired on Washington DC and in New York City. The interview then goes to Russian Headquarters for redistribution to 39 countries. In the interview I detailed our crushing debts which will lead to a banking collapse. In the ensuing bank holiday, it will be necessary to deploy troops in order to maintain a semblance of order. Our unfunded liabilities, alone, for social security and medicare, total 238 trillion dollars and our derivatives debt is one quadrillion dollars which is 16 times the entire wealth of the planet. DHS and Northcom have been preparing for martial law for quite some time. The evidence for the elements needed for martial law is voluminous and a 20 minute search of the topic can provide all the needed documentation. People ask me for a time frame, but I decline to answer.because it is impossible to predict. However, I see no way to avoid it. One rhetorical question, why is the NSA spying on every American with regard to every communication that we engage in?
